Scheduling: You will initiate scheduling sessions via this page on my website. If you cannot find a time on my schedule that works for you, please email me at liz.cruz206 to schedule. When you email, please include a few options of times that work for you.
Cancellation: Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded. (Of course, I’ll make exceptions for emergencies)
Contact between sessions: You’re welcome to email or text me with short questions or ideas to discuss in future sessions, or for other reasons that we determine together (e.g. sharing progress on a goal). I’ll respond as I’m able; if our conversation needs more time than I can offer between sessions, I’ll let you know that.
How sessions are conducted: I conduct most of my sessions by Amazon Chime; if you prefer to talk by phone, Facetime, Skype, etc please let me know that.
Payment: For individual sessions, payment is due at the time of service. For packages of multiple sessions, I am happy to set up a payment plan; we will discuss this during our initial consult.
Logging sessions: I record the name of each client, their email address and number/duration of sessions for submission to the International Coach Federation (ICF). These hours are counted towards my certification with the organization. If you would prefer that I do not include your information on this log, please let me know.
The Service: The service to be provided is coaching, which is not advice, therapy, nor counseling and may address specific personal projects, business successes or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want to live.
My responsibilities & yours: The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential as allowed by law. Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can only be granted by the client and the client agrees to do just that—have the coaching relationship to be powerful. If the client believes that coaching is not working as desired, the client will immediately communicate that to the coach and both will take action to remedy the situation.
