Hi! I'm Liz! (they/she)

I’m a white, antiracist, queer/genderqueer femme, and a passionate advocate for disrupting the dominant culture’s leadership norms and practices.

Here are three truths that inform how I coach:

Queer and trans folks carry powerful magic, and the capacity to create radical transformation.
You are inherently brilliant, and the best solutions to your leadership challenges are to be found in deep knowledge of and appreciation for yourself.
Heteropatriarchal white supremacy culture is the genesis of queer and transphobia. We must disrupt it within ourselves and our work at every turn.

I am an eternal optimist, a queer leadership fanatic, a frequent teller of not-that-funny jokes, a lifelong artist (current love: watercolor), relentlessly curious, a deep empath, and despite all outward appearances, definitely an introvert.
